Yup. They said they have no way to sell it to me over the phone and so I am out of luck. It might be fixed "in a few days, weeks or months" This is simply unacceptable. I can't believe this is allowed to happen. I have tried 10.5, 10.6 and three different Macs with both Safari and Firefox. Trygve
