In the past I have experienced problems with the ADC sites from time to time as 
well. Each time it turned out to start working again when I cleared all cached 
data from my browser. It seems like the site looses it's mind sometimes, 
perhaps when the data cached in your browser predates some internal update on 
the ADC web site.

I know you tried a number of machines and two browsers so this might not be the 
issue.  It couldn't hurt to give it a try though.
