I submitted my first publicly available Mac application to a couple of sites (MacUpdate and iUseThis) recently and have started receiving the inevitable 'Your software has been approved...' and ''Your software has been awarded a 5 star rating...' emails from several other sites. I remember Andy Bryce (I think.. forgive me if I'm mis-remembering) talking about how useless and pointless these are but some of them include 'Claim ownership' links. Is it worth doing this or should I follow my gut feeling and just delete the emails?
