I wouldn't bother wasting my time on these other sites. Most of them are almost scam (like Andy probably wrote) and they hardly bring any value especially to Mac developers. Claiming your application might only give them excuse to email you even more. I've had to setup a filter to trash all the email that started to come from brotherdownloads.com (I think) with some unsolicited downloads summary, without even registering an account there.
