Yes. A lot of users seem more comfortable emailing directly, so I make no 
secret of my support address. Junk mail filters are good enough these days that 
it's not such a big deal to post your support email address publicly. I use 
hosted Gmail for all my domain's email services and can't recommend it highly 
enough.
