Along the same lines as Markus, I am trying to figure out what customer support software I should use (I'm also trying to figure out issue tracking/ticketing, but that's kind of a different subject). Tender Support looks really nice, but I'm looking at this stuff before I've even launched, and the price point is a little scary for me right now. Is there other software (ideally free) that any of you recommend for just starting out? Or would you say go through emails at first until you're sure you have something that's making money? Thanks for your help, this thread has already helped a lot in finding the many different solutions to this problem, I appreciate any advice you all can give me on what to use when starting out on a razor thin budget.
