Hi Mark, I'm considering using ZenDesk. Do you know if there's a way for users to add attachments? Frequently, users send me screenshots. (of the VelaClock widget). Also, is there an exit strategy? For example, if you leave ZenDesk is there some way to being your data with you in form that's readable?
