Why you do not use something a la Skitch? It will handle the screen grabbing and uploading functionality for you and I believe that it can also copy the link of the uploaded image to your clipboard. You can also easily add some annotations like arrows and text onto the image, so even customers who do not know how to turn on their Mac will vaguely understand what you mean.
