At work we have a real ticketing system, but I can't really recommend that one. However, what it does allow is adding e-mails to the queue, too. So if we get a regular e-mail, it gets added to the system just like a support request that was actually filed via the form. On a slightly unrelated note, as a user, I think GetSatisfaction is a terribly confusing experience, because it first asks me to write my message, and *then* tells me: "Now that you've written ten pages, don't you think you wanna read some other person's bug report instead?"
