We decided to roll our own affiliate program for Postbox called "Refer-a-Friend," details can be found here:

Upon purchase, a Postbox user will receive a code that they can promote via Twitter, Facebook, etc. good for $10 off Postbox. Each time their code is used they earn $5. It's a win-win for everyone involved. We use FastSpring, and they were nice enough to whip together a coupon report that we in turn use to make bulk referral payments through PayPal. We intentionally cap the rewards that can be earned to $500 per year to avoid having to 1099 people, and we didn't want our initial program to be dominated by just a few power sellers.
