Apple informed me that my option for renewing my Select membership was the $99 
Mac Developer Program.

The Software Seeding was the valuable part for me; getting access to the 
_release_ versions of all the OSs including OS X Server was worth the $500.

Does the new $99 Mac Developer Program include access to the release versions 
as well as the prerelease seeds?
