It seems that you don't have a good understanding of how easy it is, at least in the United States, to sue anybody for any reason whatsoever. It seems like the argument you are trying to make is either "they won't have a strong case against you," or they "shouldn't be able to sue you, that's not right." But your repeated use of the phrase "they can't sue you" is just false, so you might make your point better with different words. Daniel
