I used to confirm the emails when I got the messages. Now, I don't. 
We don't need to enable bad practices. Folks seem to check their 
pending emails, I don't recall getting requests recently asking for a 
code. (Other than from gmail users, but gmail is its own level of 
broken)

If someone were to email me asking where their code was, then I'd 
re-send it to them, and deal with any confirmation requests for that 
email.
