You may be over-thinking it: Look at all the STUFF that is available on Apple's web site. And they still only have one company web site leading to everything. Many companies have gone this way. Freeverse may be more of a distributor, but they're definitely a brand and they have everything from games to drawing apps on there. You will have to aim your marketing at the target audience, though, so it might be easier for you to do that on separate sites.
