I'm not saying that you cannot get to the page (although I don't believe the listings are being updated). While you can use the menu option, it appears that most users don't. It would appear that much of the traffic that I've seen from Apple's site was through their front page downloads link.
The point was simple. This is an area that Apple doesn't have to put a ton of effort into, yet is beneficial to the entire community (including Apple itself). I'm guessing you haven't tried to actually get into an Apple Store. It's a very difficult proposition, not to mention the fact you have to have a box and media product before they'll remotely consider you.
