Hi!

I have been contacted by mseo.com with an offer to do multilingual SEO for my
web site. The concept sounds interesting, but I never heard of it before:

Based on the premise that
- 75% of Internet users are not native English speakers
- many of the prefer searching in their own language

They conclude that one localized landing page will do. That page will have a
short description of the product and localized keywords. The page will mention
that the web site it links to is in English, that business and correspondence
is done in English.

The reasoning is that motivated customers will click through to the web site
and agree to do business in English. Basically: better than not getting any of
the customers searching in their native language.

Now I wonder if multilingual SEO is a thing I should do and if I should trust
mseo.com with my business.

I find their service pretty expensive. They charge $500 per localized landing
page. Seeing that I have 2 products to promote, I will actually need two for
each language.

Pierre
