Google offers page translations for free, via a drop-down menu on your website.
http://translate.google.com/translate_tools

I don't know what their translations are like, but if they are good it would 
save you creating an extra page for each language. I'd expect your Google 
visibility would also transfer across to the other languages, saving you the 
extra SEO expense.
