Thank you for all the suggestions everyone! A few of you mentioned that I
hadn't really discussed much about what I was looking for.

My needs aren't great. I don't get a ton of traffic (this is more a hobby of
mine than anything else...it's definitely not my main source of income). A
shared server is probably just fine (it's what I'm using now). I'm not an
admin, nor do I want to be. I just want to be able to upload what I need to
the server and have it just work. I need CGI's and PHP so that my payment
processor can ping for license codes and MySQL for a CMS.

I'll be looking into each of the suggestions offered and, of course, any
others offered.
