Good luck with that.  I tried to get some direction as far as bandwidth usage 
was concerned, before I poured a lot of time into development, and all I got 
was a "we cannot provide pre-approval guidance; submit your app, then we'll 
talk" reply.

Perhaps if you managed to talked to some in person at WWDC you might have 
better luck.
