Well, that's good to know. I was beginning to worry that I was going to get a message that "company accounts aren't for sole proprietors." Unfortunately (for me), Arizona is one of those states that doesn't have any kind of generic business license. The state requires a resale tax license or if you're in a regulated industry (like trucking or liquor). But if don't need one of those you're exempt. You don't even have to register a trade name, although it's recommended. So I don't have much of anything in way of official documents to establish my existence except (ironically) that I've written technical articles for Apple's Developer Connection and Apple wrote the checks to my consulting company. Maybe I should have faxed them their check stubs... ;) -- James Bucanek
