I consider online only help a huge negative when I am looking for an
application. While the Internet is frequently available it isn't guaranteed to
available. If my only resort for help is your website, I'm screwed. The only
time I dive for documentation is when I can't just figure something out.
Online only help is only help when you are online. An application is not
complete (in my not so humble opinion) if it does not include documentation.

However, supplementary documentation is a perfect candidate for hosting. Tips,
video tutorials, forums and wikis are great assets to your app that may not
make sense including inside your app.

Just my opinion,
Kevin
