I built a 2.6.18 kernel with the patches in trunk/kernel/mactel-patches-2.6.18 and added the mactel-patches-2.6.17/efi_e820_all_mapped_fix.patch as suggested but the kernel does not boot. It just stays on the rEFIt screen. I am booting from EFI and not BIOS on a MacBook Pro. Anyone succeeded using this configuration?
