You just have to find the right one of the fs#: mappings. "map" will print that list again, and adding "-b" to any buildin command makes it page its output. After changing to the volume, you can use standard commands like 'cd', 'ls'/'dir' and so on. You can run EFI binaries on the disk just by entering their name.
