Hello, I'm thinking about replacing my notebook with a MBP15. I'm reading this list since some weeks and hope to summarize correctly.
- most hardware is supoorted with 2.6.18 and some svn patches. - suspend to ram needs suspend2 patches (read today somebody got it working with suspend in kernel) - x.org needs the binary ATI driver - multiboot with OS X, Linux, Win XP and Vista possible http://www.tuaw.com/2006/06/10/windows-vista-on-my-macbook-pro-because-im-an-idiot/ - Dual Core supports VT so XEN is possible and also with Win XP: http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-users/2006-05/msg00844.html (maybe needs waiting for xen patches for latest kernel) - linux with xen and vista as domU status is unknown (but should be possible in theory) Are these information correct or did I understood something wrong?
