Hello all, I saw in the archives that someone had trouble with a long delay (plain grey screen for up to a minute) before getting to the refit boot screen. I had the same problem on my MacBook Pro and it seems to have been fixed by resetting the nvram/pram. You do that by holding down P+R +Command +Option during startup, apparently you need to wait for the Mac to reboot 4 times.
