Hey guys the EFI firmware update 1.1 fried my OSX so I'm in the middle of
re-installing my triple boot setup. This time however, I decided to install
linux after osx, instead of windows XP. So currently it's looking like this
(in the XP installer)
C: Partition 1 (i.e. disk0s1) EFI boot partition
E: Partition 2 (i.e. disk0s2) OSX
F: Partition 3 (i.e. disk0s3) Linux
Unpartitioned space
To be clear, I have left the last 16G of the harddrive as unpartitioned
space to put my XP on it, but when I selected it to do so, I am greeted by
and error message saying: "Setup cannot create a new partition in the space
you selected because the maximum number of partitions already exists on the
disk."
Any ideas/workarounds? I need XP for my job.
