Thanks - that's definitely useful to know. Regarding the patch-sets - they are only versioned by a number like 2.6.18 rather than a subversion number 2.6.18.6. Does this matter at all or are the patch-sets compatible e.g. with any 2.6.18 subversion?
Also, I'm still not sure which patchsets to use for my newest rev MBP. Should I just apply all the patches in there or are some of them deprecated? In the SVN changelog I saw mention of a config-2.6.18-MBP but I don't see such a file in the svn webpage.
