So I ran Reggie SE from CHUD and looked at the registers for the CPUs.
 I don't understand what most of these do but one thing I noticed when
looking at SMM_CST_MISC_INFO is that it only mentions c-states C0-C3
and not C4.  I'm not sure what to make of this but just thought it
might be useful for people to know.

Sven are you trying to work out how to modify the FASP file?  Maybe we
can contact some people from the ACPI project at sourceforge and get
their help?
