This sounds like a very good idea! Having just acquired a MacBook Core 2 Duo, I'm *very* interested in finding an optimized .config file, specific to this laptop's hardware. Would anyone be so kind as to share such a thing? I haven't compiled a kernel in a while, and I'm not yet familiar with the MacBook's hardware either, so I'm slightly lost in front of the torrents of features and their placement.
