I am not sure about WPA, but WEP works perfectly for me without any problems using 2257 rev. I checked out the source from the 0.9.30.13 branch as said in madwifi ticket 1243 #bash# svn co http://svn.madwifi.org/branches/madwifi-hal-0.9.30.13 madwifi-wep after uninstalling and installing the new ath_pci modules, everything works fine.
