hey there, the sound on my macbook _works_ great. I just wonder if you guys found a mixer config with which the sound does not suck. Either, the sound on the outputs (I tried both, headphones and speakers on the phone output and the line-in) is either too quiet or very unclean. the noise makes me go nuts while listening to stuff on my desk speakers. I experimented with different combinations of noise levels but it's always the same, either hardly hearable or noisy.
