Hi,
I have a MBP C2D, running debian testing with a 2.6.21 kernel and I have
some troubles with my touchpad. After reinstalling, the touchpad doesn't
work well, even if i use the same xorg.conf than before. Sometimes the
touchpad just stop working like if it was asleep ...
If anyone could send me his synaptics section from his xorg.conf file
that's would be nice to avoid me hours of testing values.

Thanks

hey there. i've attached my config. i use the following setup:
   1-finger tap = single click
   2-finger tap = right-click
   3-finger tap = middle-click (i think? i just use it to paste what's in
the clipboard..)
2-finger vertical scroll enabled, but picky about the position of your
fingers and doesn't work too well
   2-finger horizontal scroll disabled
   edge-scrolling disabled
"locked" drags enabled (double-tap on something and don't let go on the
2nd tap. now start dragging.)

remember that you can find out what each option does by reading through the
synaptics manpage (man synaptics). enjoy!
