I have tried it. I explain: I have tried to compile lirc module from source:
m-a -v -t prepare
m-a -v -t build lirc-modules
m-a -v -t install lirc-modules

But when i make a modprobe lirc_gpio and lirc_i2c it gives me errors. Anyone
have 2.6.22.1
with ir receiver working???
