They should not be switched, but generally, if it is a bug that affects only intel macs, it should have mactel-support added to the project list. That helps us keep track of bugs effecting this hardware. I updated the other bugs you mentioned. It is MORE important that an appropriate package is found to file the bug against, rather than just marking it against "Ubuntu". For instance, appletouch is a module in the Linux kernel, so I marked this against the "linux" package.
