Hi there, I recently acquired a Mac Mini 2012, and while I was installing Ubuntu on it I went to the trouble of fixing up a couple of things:
1. The macfanctld utility had a couple of useful pull requests on Github, and the packaging needed a bit of updating. My efforts are here:
