When a notification is received, press VO + N, and select the notification from the list. Now press, VO + CMD + Spacebar, to open the Actions Menu for an individual notification item, then use the up/down arrow keys to select the desired action, and press Enter, or VO + Spacebar, to execute the action.
If a notification alert is no longer present on the desktop, press VO + O to access the Notification Center, where you may find a list of prior notifications. Then interact with the notifications list area, and use the Action Menu as described above to select the desired action for a notification.
