Hi all,

I recently purchased a new HomePod mini for the kitchen. When I try to set it
up, I get a message saying the HomePod needs to update, and will not be
available until it’s done. In the Home app, it’s been saying that the Mini is
“configuring” for about an hour now. Has anyone seen this? Does anyone know
what to do about it? Barring some way to address this issue, I’m assuming I’ll
have to return it, but thought I’d ask here first to see if anyone knows of a
solution.
TIA,
Donna
