what I usually do is to export as pdf from inside the document even though it’s already a pdf. it comes down in exactly the same form as if I had downloaded it. I was just hoping to cut out a couple of steps. another thing I hadn’t thought of before but tried this time is that at the top of the email there usually is a link for viewing this email in browser. when I did that it gave me access to the link from outside of the document.
