Hi all, A couple of days ago we figured out that my husband, after changing his Apple ID, updated his Apple ID on his phone, but not on his very old iPad—approx 2013. He’s now trying to sign in to his iPad with this newer creds. He got an error saying that he could no longer sync with iCloud messages because the accounts were different. This makes no sense to either of us. It seems like somehow, his old Apple ID is still active. Is that even possible? Also, when I iMessage him, the message goes to his phone, but not his iPad. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? TIA, Donna
