I would think the best solution would be iCloud Private relay. It’s already builtin to the cloud and while not exactly hidden, it wouldn’t show up as an extra app. I don’t know how it compares to the other VPN’s, but I would imagine since it’s Apple it’s probably good considering how they are with privacy.
