I had no issues with Loopback on my M1 MacBook Pro. I updated both Loopback and
Audio Hijack. I know others had issues with their M2 and I contacted Rogue
Amoeba and they had a conversation with me. However, I was one of the rare ones
I guess who had no issues at all. Rogue Amoeba said they had not heard of
anyone who is having issues so I would encourage anyone who is not able to use
Loopback to let them know they had to go back to the previous version. They
told me they are currently focused on getting ready for Mac OS 15 in the
meantime.

Any time you have to allow permissions it is as easy as interacting and
checking the boxes that the app asks you to check. I had a bit of trouble
finding the third permission and needed a little help but eventually got it
done.

Regarding Loopback, Brad is giving wise advice as usual. Update at your own
risk and be prepared to step back down if you have issues.
