Hi Jason, Groups.io won’t accept my email address, so that’s not an option. But I am on top of options 2 and 3. I’m pretty sure—as is the vendor—that he’s going to have to send it in for repair. He said he would let me know what the outcome of that is. And yes, if I buy one, I will check the warranty *very* carefully. 😊 Cheers, Donna
