Hi Everyone,

Apple gave me a new Apple watch since there was a speaker issue on my old
watch. That’s the short story.

Anyway, the new watch was set up using the most recent backup from my old
watch. Both watchers were Series 10 and the software was up to date. On the
new watch, I can only use the Samantha voice. I’ve tried adding other voices.
They do not transfer to the watch. Therefore, I do not have a Voices rotor. If
I press the Play button for a voice, it will play through the watch but only
say itss name. I’ve tried adding voices through the iPhone’s Watch app and
through settings on the watch.

I called Apple Accessibility. The Advisor said he could not find any record of
this problem and he was going to create a case and contact the engineers.

By the way,is there a way to remove the Samantha voice from the iPhone and
Watch?

Many thanks,
Janet
