Hi, I am experiencing the same thing. When focused on Popup Dialog Button, the text I type is being entered, but the only way I know that is by using left and right arrows to read by character or Option-Left and Option-Right to read by word. When I want to upload a file, I press VO-Space on the Dialog Popup Button rather than typing there. I hope that helps a little. Also, I did not have this problem in the free ChatGPT.
