Good evening, 1. I have not tested it, but I believe that the operating system menu at boot time does not stop at the end of the list. Meaning, that if you keep pressing the right arrow you will end back at the beginning.
2. There is no speech on the operating system selection menu. 3. You will likely not be able to install Windows in bootcamp without sighted assistance. If you do, you will need to make sure that you format the partition, since bootcamp does not do this for you. I would look up unattended installation of Windows in bootcamp on Google to see if this is possible.
