Hello,

Follow these steps to make a successful copy over to the new Mac:

1. On the PC, login as the user with the iTunes library, and copy the
iTunes folder found under My Music inside My Documents.
2. IF the entire folder fits on your removable or external media,
simply bring it over to the Mac and plug it in.
3. Place the iTunes folder under the Music folder found in the Home
directory. To make sure you're in the correct place, select the folder
on the external disk or removable media, press Command-C, and then
COmmand-h. From there, you will be in the home directory of the active
user, and you may press Command-v to complete the copy.

NOTES:

* If there is an iTunes folder already in Music, iTunes has been
launched at least once already. If nothing has been done that matters
to you, when prompted simply replace the existing folder with the copy
from your external or removable media.
* Preferences don't transfer. Make sure you dig through iTunes
Preferences and make changes as desired.
* iTunes Store files need to be authorized. You also need to de-
authorize the old PC once the process is complete, or the PC is no
longer being used. You may authorize up to 5 copies of iTunes for the
music that was purchased without iTunes Plus.

That covers it. If you need to split up the library due to having a
limited space on your media, I'll let you know the best way to
accomplish this.

Good Luck,
Ryan
