Hi, Apple Canada is no longer at there old number. This was really frustrating for me. They have joined forces with Apple US and have way better support now. It is just the way the calls are routed. You still can get the Canada Call Center or the American one, depending on who is busier. The new number is the one on the site. 1-800-myapple or 1-800692-7753.
