Peggy: If you use VO right arrow to navigate through the Skype window, often you will come to the "answer button," and "decline button." VO space bar, a click, in other words, on this button will press them. If you don't find that while navigating in Skype, press command grave accent to go to the other window open within the Skype application. Sometimes the calling window doesn't seem to jump to the foreground for Voiceover, I've noticed. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
