Use IPartition.
Or, if you are adventurous or have a sighted person around, GParted  
Live CD. However, I'd use IPartition which is $50. It is much safer  
because we are sure it does the job. I don't know how VO Friendly it  
is, but when you shrink or expand a start-up disk, you can't because  
the disk is in use. If you did Target Disk Mode from another Mac and  
did it, it would let you, but it would make the partition unusable for  
startup. I messed up many a disk that way.
