Good morning Dave,

Unfortunately it is a known problem that the caps lock key does not  
pass through to a vM under Fusion correctly.  I believe that the key  
is passed, but it is passed as a single pres and not as being held down.

You can try using a program like SharpKeys to remap the capslock key  
to another key within Windows.
